Managing Partners
| Jeff Rogers
In working with Southwestern for 20 years, Jeff believes strongly in the
values & principles learned through the bookfield experience. Jeff is serving
in an advisory role with SWAN with the desire to build a program that brings
real value & benefits to our alumni community.
Jeff worked with Southwestern from 1980-1999, beginning his freshman year
at the Univ. of Washington. He finished in the Top 5 in sales 6 times and
had 4 “top-10” teams company-wide. While working as a Sales Manager in the
SEEDS organization, he was the only back-to-back recipient in SW history of
the Excellence Award.
Jeff & Amy have 3 girls - Lauren, Addyson, and Camryn - and live in Bellevue,
WA. Jeff is founder of a non-profit in Seattle, www.KIROS.org, runs a weekly
business radio show, and is owner of a consulting firm, www.OneAccordCorp.com,
focusing on revenue acceleration.

| Todd McWhirter
Along with Jake Chesney and Dave Ness, Todd is one of the original SWAN
founders in January 2004. He served alongside Jake helping recruit and create
the original SWAN team and build its infrastructure. Todd continues to play a
key role as an advisor, board member, and works on business development with
Jake on a regular basis.
Todd worked with Southwestern from 1986-2000, where, as a Sales Manager he
built an organization of over 130 people in eight states producing revenue
over $1.3M during his final year. He led by example, selling just under $1M
in personal sales in his eight full-summers selling, ranking him #3 all-time.
(Short lived #3, as this has been surpassed by many since.)
Todd and Beth live in Denver, CO, with their beautiful young twins, Ethan
and Ellie. They spend as much time as possible in the Rockies skiing, hiking
or biking. Todd leads a real-estate development company he co-founded,
Commercial Equity (www.cequity.net),
and serves as managing partner for Oldham Beckley Investment Group (www.obig.net),
where he has played leadership roles in starting or funding over a dozen companies.

| Jake Chesney
Serving in a role much like a president, Jake oversees product development
and new membership of SWAN. He was one of its original founders in January 2004,
and has worked predominantly with SW students and alumni in some fashion for
over 10 years.
Jake started selling books while at Wheaton College in 1994 when he finished
as the number one first year companywide. He then grew his organization to about
100 people before leaving SW after his second year as a District Sales Manager
in 2000.
Jake & Betsy have 2 children, Matthew and Rosemary, and live in Aurora,
IL. Jake has a financial services practice he started 5 years ago and helps run
a little league for under resourced kids during the summers.

| Marji Schneberger
In February 2004, Marji began as one of SWAN’s Managing Partners. She helps
guide SWAN’s constant development as she serves as the voice between the
members and the product.
Marji sold books for 5 summers between 1996 and 2001. After being a top
first-year dealer (#9 in Education), she returned her second year to win the
“Person of the Year” award for her organization. Marji is most thankful to
Southwestern for helping her find such an amazing husband!
Josh Schneberger, a 6-year bookman, swept Marji off her feet and they were
married in April 2002. She is now a stay-at-home mom and lives in Peoria, AZ,
with Josh and their two children, Maranda and Dane. Marji loves to spend her
time laughing with her kids, reading good books, bike riding, and weight
training.

| Lori Long
Lori’s primary role in SWAN is membership coordinator. She is in charge
of building SWAN’s membership, following up with members, and provides customer
support.
At the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Lori started selling books
her freshman year in 1998 and continued selling through 2004. Over those 7
years she was a top student manager several summers and personally sold over
31,000 units. Her retail business equates to a combined $2,000,000 – all
before the age of 25!
Lori graduated in 2001 with her business degree and has spent each year
since traveling between her summers. She is currently attending Arizona
State University and is getting her masters in counseling psychology where
she plans to reside and pursue a career in her field.

| Dave Ness
Dave married Megan Drake in March of 2005. They
settled in Denver, CO where they moved into Skye I Condominiums
which actually houses four other SWAN members!
Dave is a General Partner with Commercial Equity, a SWAN member driven commercial
development company based in Denver! Dave and Megan share the goal of climbing
all 55 peaks in Colorado that are over 14,000 feet. Dave worked with Southwestern
for 5 summers, selling over 10,000 units and breaking the company record for the most
books sold in one day with 400 units! Dave finished #2 (first loser) in the
Education Division in 1998.

| Daren Freeman
Serving as CFO, Daren is also responsible for the annual tax filings.
Along with his sister, Brooke, Daren sold from 1997-2000 while in school at
the University of Alabama. He was the standard successful bookman as he improved
his sales each year, elevated to top experienced dealer, and brought a few
friends with him along the way.
Daren married Jessica Cason on August 24, 2002. They live in Birmingham, AL.
Daren is a CPA with Sellers, Richardson, Watson, Haley and Logan, LLP and is
an avid Crimson Tide fan.
